Ladaai is a Hindi action film about a young child who is inadvertently on the lookout for the person who implicated his biological father in a murder plot.

Ladaai: The Movie Story Begins
Dindayal, along with his wife Shanti, leads a squalid existence in Bombay and works for Dinanath. At a banquet, Sunderdas, Dinanath’s associate, is assassinated one day.
He accuses Dindayal of murdering him before dying, and as a result, Dindayal is caught, charged in court by Shakuntala Devi, found to be guilty, and sentenced to life in jail.
Shanti gave birth to two sons, but she lost her mental faculties and was committed to a mental facility.
Dindayal is discharged 18 years later, so he gets a gun, tracks down Shakuntala, who has lately been elected judge, and faces her. He then kills himself, but not before asking Shakuntala to find the real killer and avenge him.
Shakuntala keeps his death a secret from everyone, discovers that Dindayal has a kid named Shera who looks exactly like him, and hires him to track down three likely suspects: Radheyshyam Pundit, Nissar Khan, and Peter.
Shera offers to do so for a charge, but when he is attacked by the trio, he decides not to deal with the situation and even claims that he is not Dindayal’s son and that his mother’s name is Durga Devi, not Shanti.
Shakuntala and Shera are unaware that the person responsible for Sunderdas’ death is not among the trio, and that this person will soon enter their lives, shattering their tranquilly and forever changing their lives.
