    What a typical day in my personal weight loss programme looks like:

    • Morning

    My morning routine includes a glass of orange juice with a spoonful of olive oil as well as a dash of sea salt. I always drink coffee, but I like to top it off with a little coating of oat milk froth.

    • Evening

    I would serve black fish that had been herb-roasted for diner along with a fennel & pea soup. The fish is protein-rich & unexpectedly hearty, and the soup is incredibly delicious and light.

    Tracy does not limit her amounts when using her dishes, so we do not advise doing so either since they are meant to be enjoyed until you feel satisfied.
